2018 Wild Pig Chapter Hunt

Chapter hunts are one of those special occasions when we can all get together and do what we love. One member summed it up best after his first Chapter hunt: “What's good about a Chapter hunt is that you can hunt with people you know or have seen around at SCI dinners. Part of what makes the hunting experience rewarding is the like-minded people you get to hang out with. Chapter hunts feel more familiar and comfortable than hunting with people you've just met.”

“This was my kind of hunt: Spot-and-stalk from an ATV. We covered lots of ground and saw several groups of pigs. It was a good test of shooting skills since it offered a variety of shots: Long shots across canyons, steep downhill angle shots and even some close shots across fields.” — Joe Torre
